10.6.1. Logging in

At this stage it is possible to log in and check the result.

To do this:

10.6.1.1. Select Menu > Login; 

10.6.1.2. In the appeared window, click Yes;

10.6.1.3. In the Username field enter jsmith;

10.6.1.4. In the Password field, enter jsmithpw;

10.6.1.5. Select the Save password item; 

10.6.1.6. Click Log in.

On the left, one can see workplace and a list of available objects. 

10.6.2. Result 

Now it's possible to check the operation of the actions:

•action 1221 New Email allows sending messages directly from tickets;

•the sender stated in the email is the logged in user;

•there is a reference number of the ticket in the subject;

•the signature of the logged in user is used as a signature for the email;

•action 1222 Reply allows answering to incoming emails;

•the level of the quotation increases, the text of the previous letter is formed properly;

•action 1223 Forward also allows forming the text of the previous letter properly;

•when all actions are performed, the status of the ticket changes automatically.
